I am curious as to how many who are taking supplements of any sort include those supplements in the area for tracking your food ? I take a number of supplements, as directed by my physician, but haven't been including them. I know that the fish oil will increase the fat % consumed, which is what got me thinking about this ...

I log my multi vitamin and calcium supplement every day.
I log it under "snacks"
for ones that aren't in the system, I sometimes record that I've taken it in the "notes" section :-D0 -
I document the multivitamin I take. If you print a full report of your meals, vitamins and minerals are accounted for from the food we eat. So I document my vitamins so it doesn't like I'm lacking in certain vitamins and mineral when I really an not.0

I log all my supplements under snacks. I've been on supplements in the past that have actually caused me to gain weight instead of lose weight, so it helps to know what supplements I take on which days just in case it happens again!0
