Ugh, I wish I would have started measuring my body when I first started losing weight in January. My doctor measured my waist a month ago. I started measuring two weeks ago :laugh: I'm going to measure every two weeks!

I have lost 4.5 inches off my waist in one month! :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    I don't even believe it. I kept looking at the measuring tape and asking my workout buddy to measure me again because I was like :noway: :noway: :noway: :noway: :noway:
