I weigh mine and honestly, I use an inexpensive digital postal scale I got at office depot. It's easier for me to use than one with a dial b/c it's more accurate0 -
I jus bought a cheapy one at Walmart just yesterday 4.97.......but they have them any where from 4.97-30.00.0

I got a really nice digital one on woot.com for 20... but their deals come and go. I know that they sell it on amazon too... it's a Kitrics if you wanna look it up...0

I have 2. I have a cheapy cheapy I got like 10 years ago from Ikea...I think it was less than $5. They don't carry it anymore but they have one for $6.99

I also have this one I got from Sears on the weekend and it was $12 on sale. I like this one but I'm so used to measuring in lbs/oz that it's hard to change too lbs/gm.

My cheapy cheapy one from Ikea looks similar to this one... (I love it though it works well!)

edit: yes I weigh my meats always and also veggie & fruit sometimes. Like if I forget how many strawberries I cut up...just weigh them and bam.0 -
I got one at Target for $4.99, it's not digital and only goes up to 16 oz, but it serves it's purpose for every day weighing food. (I don't eat more than 4-5 oz of meat at a time, maybe 8, tops, so I don't need much more than 16 oz). It may not be as accurate as a digital scale, but as long as I get a ballpark figure, I'm okay with that!0
