C25K Mornings & 30 DS Evenings?

When I played ball in high school we did "2 A Days" and they really were effective. So....I am doing the C25K Mon Wen Fri in the morning and I just bought Jillian's 30 Day Shred and I am planning to do in in the evenings. I am 5' 10" and weigh 256 lbs my waist is 44 and my neck is 19. I will post daily how I feel and what my pains and challenges are. Feel free to join me with both or either.

oh excellent, i've been doing the 30 day shred for about 2 weeks and want to start doing the c25k, trying to figure out how to incorporate it!0

I've been doing both for about a month now. Except I do 30DS in the morning and c25k in the evenings. I haven't been truly dedicated on the 30ds though. Sometimes I've done it 5 times a week, last week I think I only did it 2 times.0

Just as a warning, i run long distances and after the first day of the 30 DS, I had to take a couple of days off from running. It kicked my *kitten*.
Hopefully you're in better shape than I am.0 -
30 Day Shred is a lot tougher than I thought it would be, but I got through it.0

Good for you! 30ds was my first foray into exercise after not doing any real exercise for several years. It definitely got the better of me. The first day, I only got through half of it and thought I was going to puke and die.0
