I just started using MFP about a week ago. I'm currently enrolled in a medical weight loss program. I was recording my calories in the Calorie King book the office gave me, but it is SO much easier to use the mobile app from MFP. Today, at my weekly check in, I printed my progress out for the nutritionist to review.
My goal is to lose a total of 65 pounds from my starting weight.
I lost 7 pounds on my own before starting the medical weight loss from February to March, and within the last 3 weeks in this program, I've lost 12 pounds. So, while my badge shows I've lost 7 pounds, I've actually lost 19 pounds in the last 2 months!
Just 46 (or more) to go!
