I noticed that my weight was slowly but inexorably creeping up. And I've been watching what I eat but without any real tracking or check-in. Since November I've slowly lost about 15 pounds.
I've found this site recently and have started tracking my weight. One of the best things about the site is how easy it is to check in every day with what I eat and how I exercise, and how it shows me real-time feedback.
Plus it's great to read the stories from other people which help me maintain and keep plugging on.
One awesome thing I want to point out is that someone at work saw me updating my food diary and she just about shouted out "that was my first app on my smartphone, too!"
So many, many thanks to all of you and especially to the creators of this site for making it so easy AND for making it so motivating.
