    How do you fix them?

Before MFP I (okay who am I kidding, my wife) fried them in butter and served them with lots of sour cream. Obviously that might change the calorie count a tad.

I understand that you can sub honey or maple syrup instead of sour cream. Might not cut the calories, but cuts the FAT.

Kristin-- YESSS-- my best friend from years ago used to get together with her mother and sister a week or so before Christmas and make pierogies, and would make plum ones, too-- yuuuummmmm-- and she would tell me about the huge Christmas eve shindig every year.

Memories of Babci-- sighhhh. They were delicious!!

well, bless your heart-- and may the tradition pass on happily through you to your children some day-- that's so sweet.

    Have a great day--

I just looked at their website--cool! not sure which one's you've having but the minis are low-cal it looks like. Kind of high in sodium but for one meal, not bad really. Might have to see if my local grocery store has them.
