Big loss needed

OK friends (current and new ones. It's going to be tough but I need to lose about 4.5 to 5 lbs this week. I'm in a Biggest Loser competition at work and this is the final week. It is very close right now with the leader having dropped 10.14% and me in second with 10.01% Third place is 9.78% and 4th at 9.75%. I feel confident that none of them will drop more than 3 lbs this week but in order for me to pull this off it's gonna take a big loss. any and all suggestions would be appreciated and please please push me this week so I stay on track.
