Emotional Eating

I'm a Emotional Eater and I need some support. I lost my Uncle last week due to a heart attack, and for the past week I've been fighting my head to not go and stuff myself with junk food. Luckily I've maintained my weight and for the most part I made really healthy choices eating and went to the gym.

I've grown up with a 300 pound weight Mom and watched her turn to food to fill the hole inside her heart. My Grandpa has had 2 heart attacks and both of my Uncle's passed away due to heart attacks. One at 37 yrs. and the other one at 53 yrs.

Can you please give me some suggestions and advise for when I feel like turning to food? I've lost a total of 20 pounds so far and I want to continue my healthy lifestyle change. I need some new tools in my pocket to avoid going back to my unhealthy ways. It's up to me to change the next generation and to live a long and healthy life.
