Has any body tryed the chalean extreme, if so how is it and did/do you see.results?? Is it geared more torwards weight loss or toning?

    I have done it a bit. But it's geared mostly for toning.

    I'm doing the chalean right now. I love it. I started @ 163 lbs and now @ 147.

    I am doing it now! I am only in week one... but it can be about BOTH, which is a good thing!

    It's for building lean muscle which will help you lose inches & burn more calories throughout the day. I've done it before & just started again this past Monday with my new Bowflex weights. It's a great program.

    It's for building lean muscle which will help you lose inches & burn more calories throughout the day. I've done it before & just started again this past Monday with my new Bowflex weights. It's a great program.
    awesome!! I wish i had adjustable weights! I am using 8's and 20's right now! but my wrist is not liking it... i have a connective tissue disorders that effects my joints... is they get very angry with me at times. Anyhow. I am enjoying it so far! Friend me!!! Are you following the schedule? I started monday too (my first time).

    I'm doing ChaLEAN Extreme right now. It's an awesome program. I love that the workouts aren't long at all but they give you a nice full body workout. It is a toning workout but you don't have to lift heavy weights at all.

    slow and steady and you can make it VERY effective! I have to use moderate weights.. my wrist very much so disliked my 20's for some of the exercises... but my body could handle it. dang joints. but yes, you CAN make any weight a challenge with focus! :-D

    I just finished the first 30 days today and I love it!! I'm down 5.6lbs and 4.5 overall inches so far!! Excited to start the next 30!!!

    I'm using anything from 15-30 pounds (and could go quite a bit heavier in Push month on some exercises)...I'm really trying to fail in the given reps each month. And, I'm getting SMALLER!!! Yep...even after 2 years of strength training 3 days/week and doing cardio the other 3 days, this one is shaking things up again.

    love Chalean and Chalene! :) I am proud to say that she used my story on the motivational CD - track 7- I have had 2 accidents and 2 surgeries in the past 2 years so things have been a bit challenging but I am getting back on my game.
    I'd love any CLX fans as once I am cleared by my doctor to do this workout again, I will - muscle burns fat!

    I'm doing it right now. Halfway through the Push Phase. I haven't lost much weight but I'm getting smaller and my arms are looking good. It is an awesome workout. I would recommend it to anyone.
  • I've done the whole 12 week program. Its geared towards weight lifting, with some cardio, but all that muscle you build literally melts the fat off! I lost 15 pounds (I wasn't very large to begin with) and over 20 inches off of my body. I was leaner than I've ever been, I went from 21% body fat to 10% during the 12 weeks! I'm going to be doing another round of it starting next week, and I'm going to add Turbo Fire for some extra cardio!!

    A woman should NOT be 10% body fat. At least not for long! Unless you are a super athlete, it should only be during a season. That is LOW!!! Also, a healthy body fat loss that is suggested is closer to a percent a month..... Your numbers scare me a.little. I don't mean to sound rude, sorry.
    Where did you get your numbers did a.professional do an assessment? 14-17 is considered very low for female, I would imagine 10%.being very healthy...
