Hello my name is Rachel and I am new to this site. I am trying to lose 20 lbs in the next 2 months. I started yesterday doing the Turbo Fire workout DVD's but I have to say I am having trouble keeping up with the routines because they are so fast paced but I am determined to keep wokring out with them.0

i have no problem workin out it the eating part that i have trouble with. i do zumba three days a week and love it!! i also do walk away the pounds i walk on treadmill!! i have to change it up or i will get bored very easy but zumba is the most fun and have been doing it for a while...0
