Hi everyone. I'm new. I signed up last summer but never followed through.
I am back and I am looking to get back on track.
I am a chocolate lover! I can not go a day with out having it.
I have bloating issues. I would really like to find a way to not be bloated. My stomach sticks out so far. It really bothers me. If anyone has any ideas or tips that would be so great.

Hello and welcome back!
Watch your sodium intake, eat 5-6 small meals a day and make healthy choices. Find a workout that you love to do and stay consistent.
