How many calories should I want to burn in my daily workout? :glasses:

  • should vary... on cardio days I burn close to 500
    but on regular days you would not burn near as much
  • 500-700 is a good number being that 3500 burns off one pound so I say at least 700 cal. a day because if you workout for 5 days then thats 3500cal(1 pound a week) GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!
