vacation

Next Monday and Tuesday, I am going on vacation with the family for an overnight trip for spring break. Can only get two days off. So, I am trying to decide how to take the vacation and eat. Do I try to keep my regimen which is fairly spartan and vigilant, do I ease up a bit, or do I forget it all? Vacation is total relaxation, or not.
Any thoughts from folks to help me discern a path?

I'm heading out of town this weekend for a wedding and my plan is to eat as well as possible (maybe 1-2 bad meals). I'm bringing my running shoes so I can go get some exercise Saturday and Sunday morning before the family gets moving. That way, I can feel like I'm not totally blowing it but I can still enjoy being out of town.0
