i have lost 20 pounds and want to loose 20 more, im at a standstill, any suggstions?

change up what you are doing, to jump start you weight loss do some different exercises and eat different foods our bodys get used to having the same things. also if you are following your diet to the t try having a cheat meal ( don't go overboard ) this advice came from my trainer and it worked for me0

Many people hit plateaus. She's right about the changing up the exercise routine. You should already be eating a huge variety of healthy foods. Another idea is to do a 3 day cleanse. i did one and it worked great for me. The one I used wasn't about weird pills or anything either, I didn't starve, and it had nothing to do with my colon.
