One week only...30 minute am and pm exercise challenge

Howdy All, I would like to start a 7 day exercise challege for those of us with slow metabolisms. This challege should help us jump start our metabolisms and hopefully speed up the weight loss process. We will start Monday, April 18th-24th. We will try to workout 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. I know we can do it!! Let's get ready to burn some calories.....

Yes! I am so excited about this challenge. Please share what times and method of exercise you selected for this challenge. As for me, I am thinking about a 6am work-out on the elliptical machine and 30 minute walk/jog before or after dinner.0

I'll be doing 30DS every morning, then rotating between C25K, and a couple of workouts i've found whilst browsing through these threads, for the evening workout. (I haven't tried them yet, but they sound good!)

I went missing for a few days. It happens when you're away for a long weekend....
But i'm back! (And will continue this for longer to make up my missed time!)
