One week only...30 minute am and pm exercise challenge

Howdy All, I would like to start a 7 day exercise challege for those of us with slow metabolisms. This challege should help us jump start our metabolisms and hopefully speed up the weight loss process. We will start Monday, April 18th-24th. We will try to workout 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. I know we can do it!! Let's get ready to burn some calories.....
