So the net calorie is subtracting exercise alreAdy so does that mean I should be targeting mOre then that? I usually burn about 140 calories doing cardio. And try to consume below 1200

Your net calories are your consumed calories minus your exercise calories. So if you burn 140 calories in cardio, you should eat 1340 for the day.0
