Hello New Me!

Hi! Ive used my fitness pal for a while on my phone but didnt realize there was all this too!! Im so excited to get going on my journey for what I hope to be the VERY LAST TIME! Weight has been a lifelong stuggle for me and I am praying that this is the year I will be successful! I actually really like to exercise so that has never been a problem, the bad food choices and portions are what keep me where I'm at! I have been 267 since I got married 10 years ago. Can anyone relate to me? wish me luck!

Starting weight: 276
Current weight: 266
Mini goal: 240 by June 25th (trip back home)
Goal weight: 175

    Hi! This site is great for motivation and support and just knowing that you aren't the only one going through it! Good luck with your weight loss! Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like some support along the way.
  • You can do it! it's all about staying motivated, and if you mess up on one meal don't say "well i screwed up for the whole day" just watch it for the rest of the day :) I wish you luck, I know you can do it :) anybody can if they keep motivated and focused =]
