30 Day Shred-Help!

Hi everyone,
I started the thirty day shred by Jillian Michaels and it absolutely kicked my butt! It was great! The next day I am sore but I feel the impact of the workout. Do you think it is enough to just do those 20 minutes a day to see results? It seems sort of pie-in-the-sky to me, to only do 20, but I am exhausted afterwards...any input?

Her routines are made so that you do the 27 minutes, and you're done. Be careful with your knees though. Her workouts can be really rough on your knees.0

I try to walk everyday or get some sort of additional cardio in. I=You could probably see results with the just the video,but I feel kind of guilty only getting 20 minutes in-lol0

Same here, I try to add a walk, but it should work on its own as well0 -
Thanks for your input. I am so busy with my schedule, so the 20 minutes of course appealed to me. I think the walk sounds good too, though!
