Question About Honey

Ok I've heard that honey is really good for you BUT its so high in sugar so I worry about using it. I have about 2 cups of green tea a night and love adding honey to it (about 1 tablespoon per day). So I guess I'm wondering since I have heard people say you shouldn't worry about the sugars that happen naturally in fruit does the same thing apply to honey since honey isn't man made?
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

I would say still add it to your diary, its sugar, eventho its not manmade. Honey has a lot of good properties, so you get that benefit from it, but its still sugar and needs to be taken with moderation0

I would say, forget sugar. It is in almost everything and is natural in honey.0

You should count it in your calories.
I would continue to use it. It will still count toward your sugars. I think that is what you are asking. It is a natural sugar, but you are adding it to a food for sweetness, so it is an add sugar.0 -
I use honey everyday. It's natural , not processed like white sugar so your body prefers it any way
. I use buckwheat honey from a local bee farm to stop my allergy symtoms it works wonders. Honey has some many good reasons to use, just stick to a spponfull and you'll be fine
