Water Weight

Okay! So yesterday, weighed in at a wonderful 159 pounds, but then I had a big binge of a day that day (Decided to treat myself and got a wee bit out of hand)
Anyway, weighed myself today and it said 163. Now I took in a lot of sodium yesterday and woke up with a dry mouth, so is it reasonable to think that the extra baggage is only water weight? So that, if I just drank more water all day, I'd lose it instantly?

I am having the same problem. Give it about 2 days. Drink water and keep sodium below 1500 mg today and tomorrow. You should see a change soon!0

Congrats on getting to 159, i'm 2-3 pounds away form hitting that too...i'd say it might be water weight from the sodium. we all need to remember to try no to treat ourselves with food. thats what got us where we were in the 1st place. try treating yourself with something like a new pair of workout shoes, or a HRM watch or even something simple like having a beach day. good work still!0
