30 day shed what to log it as?

I have just got the DVD and plan to start it today, I was just wondering what does everyone log it as in the exercise section and roughly how many calories does one session burn? Thanks

When I do it with my HRM it usually comes out to about 270.0

I'm 5'5 and weight 160. My HRM shows an average of 210-225 calories per session for Week 1.0

I log it on my own thing as 250 calories. I know some people who log it as Circuit Training though.
I found online how many calories it burns per hour and scaled it down to my weight...0 -

I was told to log it as Curcuit Training but MFP is to generous with it's calories. It was telling me I was burning around 260, but once I got my HRM I found out I was only burning 200 to 220 per session. I am 5'6 and weigh 215 lbs. If you are not going to use a HRM, I would suggest logging it as Curcuit Training and taking at least 30 to 40 calories off of what MFP says.0
