Hello all!

I have been on here a little while. I am 22 from London, UK and weigh 180lbs I want to lose 30lbs this year. I love food and baking but used to go to the gym regularly so it balanced out.

Now I have 2 little girls and no time for the gym so I got the Insanity dvd's and do them after the kids go to bed :) Only on day 4 though!

Feel free to add me as I love to support people and receive it of course!

I do them after my kids go to bed too - I tried once while they were awake. Never again. You might like Cardio Recovery today. I really loved it even though I did hear it was a slow paced butt kicking my body feels wonderful today! i really needed the deep stretches.

How is your pain level today? I could barely walk after the first 3 days.

Today is day 5 for me. Pure Cardio.

i just started too! i did the fit test on tuesday and i'm still sore from it! I'm also training for a 5k so I'm going to start doing insanity every other day or something like that. The fit test was hard but so much fun! I'm excited to get started! :)

Hi, I just started Insanity too. Unfortunately on day 2 I twisted my ankle on the "hurdle jumps"

But what I've done so far I've really liked! I am disappointed that I won't be able to continue this week, but as soon as the ankle is better I'll be back at it.

    hi guys :)

Yay other insanity dudes! Add me we can "Dig Deeper" and do this together!

sweetsarahj- sorry you hurt you ankle, I nearly killed myself a couple times jumping around! But make sure your ankle is fully healed wouldn't want to risk further injury! But I agree its great!

Im on week 3 day 4:) Ladies just letting you know the more you work out and the harder you work.. the easier it gets if that makes sense. Your body will soon get used to all the cardio. While you might still get winded atleast its a lil easier and your not totally dieing..lol. Good luck to you all!!
