Depends on how many calories you burn. If its 200 to 300 then I would say no its not a bad thing, but if you get in the 1000+ then you should put some of that back into your body.0

Maybe . . . not a great answer, I know!
You have to find what works for you. keep in mind that if you do vigorous or intensive exercise you run the rist of consuming too few calories on that day, which will inhibit weight loss. Your body will not get enough calories so will just hold onto what it has. I found that as soon as up upped my calories my weight started to come off more efficiently.
you may be doing more harm than good by not eating them.0 -
If i burn less than 200 i typically don't worry about mine.
Im supposed to eat 1,200 a day, and even if i burn cals i am just not able to eat more than 1,300 calories a day without feeling sick or guilty.0 -
Ok so eat them back if I burn over 300 sounds good
Thanks :-)0 -
Be careful, you need to be accurate about the calories burned...NOT so here. Just set a Caloric Plan where you get the calories you need and can DO with exercise. If you are going to succeed, you MUST be able to STAY on a Plan, Day In and Day Out. If you are setting your calories so low that you can't make it through the day and exercise without cheating (eating extra NUTRITIONAL Food) then you may want to check your caloric needs. Yes, you are going to feel deprived but it should not be to the point of Oppressing yourself.
I think if you are burning 1000+ Calories Exercising 3+ times per week, you may want to up your daily caloric intake 300 calories (that's a meal or extra fruit/protein...) that should satiate you and help you stick to your plan.0
