I *LOVE* Orange juice! I miss having a Big glass every day.... I now savor 4 oz. a day....

What small changes have you made to aid in weigh loss??

(and yes my friends suggested that Trop 50. I tried it once and I think..... "ain't nothing like the real thing baby". It might be one of those things that you have to quit cold turkey for a while, then try to add the substitute. I might try that approach ;)

    I've given up pretty much all sweets! I just realized that. My cravings seem to be gone. I've also finally given up pretty much all dairy (I'm lactose intolerant) and greatly reduced the amount of salty food I eat.

    I actually love to cook and this has been the perfect excuse to do it more often! :)

    I believe that cutting out fresh orange juice may be the biggest change I have made with the biggest impact. I used to easily have 4 litres of fresh juice a day without even thinking about it. That's my entire calorie allowance in juice!!!!

    I gave up my flavored coffee creamer. I love the french vanilla. I now use a tablespoon of coffeemate creamer, it is much less in calories.
