I was wondering if anyone is using sports active 2 and has had results

    If you set it on the hard setting, you get a pretty good work out. I sweated, and I lost about 5 lbs. However, my body changed as they do a bunch of squats and plyometrics. So, I got leaner and more toned than anything. There are drawbacks to the program in terms of it not always registering movements, having breaks between sets, etc. That being said, a few more extra reps is better for you in the long run and you can march or jog in place while the next workout is loading. Also be prepared for spend up to an 1hr 15 min for a 45 min workout with all the breaks/loadings/etc.
