MFP says I am not eating enough calories for what I am burning. So my question is..how do I figure it out?
I would like to shoot for a 2 pound loss per week.
I do turbo fire as a work out and burn 500-600 calories per day - 6 days a week
I changed my Net Calories to1500 but wanted to know if that is too little or too much... can someone help me??

on your home page tab at the top it tells you all your goals. the very last one is NET makesure that number is at least above 1200 daily. doing that you will b getting enough calories in for your burn and not be compromising your health0
