    I eat out of measuring cups cuz there's no point in dirtying a dish too.

    Once, I wore my HRM during u know what lol (375 calories. Shhh!!)

    I'll find random errands to run so I won't have to worry about eating out of boredom.

    I make the kids at work play cool stuff with me like kickball or dodgeball so it looks cool on MFP :)

    I get really excited about farmers markets. Like, really excited...

    I use crest whitening strips to stop me from late night snacking.

    I eat from measuring cups too. And DH tried to get me to use my HRM the other night during you know what lol.

    Thanks for the idea about white strips to avoid eating at night.


    OK I have to ask..... How many calories does u know what burn? And does it vary?

    If I know I want a snack that isnt that great for me I will count out one serving and make myself stop with that one serving. I used to just eat a whole box of nilla wafers and other cookies and chips, now I will not go past one serving.

    I love this stuff.

    I don't do anything too crazy, but I now count and measure everything. My husband hates it, I can't help it.

    I do jumping jacks and push ups in my office, in the break room, and at the copier. I'm used "the looks" by now.

    I'm surprised my momhasn't kicked me out on my *kitten*. I always count her calories up. I refrain with my boyfriend and friends, but mentally? I am quietly judging you.

    I obsessively update my iTouch app lately. Like the eleven Skittles I ate earlier. :laugh:

    Two things I find myself doing:

    1. Restaurant research in advance so I can determine what I can eat without going extremely over my daily calories.

    2. Sticking my face in the mirror and flexing. Nothing like seeing the payoff from hard work!

    I NOTICE THAT I THINK AND RE-THINK ABOUT WHAT I AM HAVING TO EAT FOR THE DAY....ESPECIALLY AT DINNER TIME..MY HUSBAND GETS UP SET WHEN HE COOKS THE "HOME COOKED MEAL" AND I COUNT THE CALORIES FOR THAT AND THEN I AM LIKE "NO THANKS!" I'LL HAVE THIS INSTEAD. ANOTHER THING IS THAT I MAKE A LOT AND I MEAN A LOT OF HOME MADE GRANOLA.........I DONT KNOW WHY, BUT MY KIDS ENJOY IT WITH YOGURT :bigsmile:

    One more question....... Is there any additional caloric intake from said activity? And if so, is it in the database?

    I am constantly flexing my muscles and feeling them. Only in private, though. I also count other people's calories in my head. Unfortunately, I find myself judging other people's shopping carts and restaurant choices. I need to work on that last one. It isn't fair of me.

    Yes, I am also counting everyone's calories. I find I am standing straighter, at least when I am in public. I am sleeping less because I spend my evenings reading and posting!

    I do this with almonds which I snack on pretty frequently.

    I also secretly count up what others are eating.

    I get seriously agitated if I can't get to the gym.

    I park the car in the furthest possible spot.
