My sister lost over 250 lbs in a fairly short period of time, about 18 months. It was mainly from eating healthier with only minimal exercising. She was in a car accident years ago which caused her to become physically diabled at the age of 25. Exercising is not possible because of her injury. The most she could do was very small walks and light weight lifting.
That wasn't enough because now she has all this horrible sagging skin.
Insurance will not pay for the surgery and she does not have $10K for it.
Can you still tone something like that or no? Her self esteem is horrible because of it.
