NSV to share

Just wanted to share a little NSV that many of my friends on here have seen me post before but ::
I am currently on week 5 of what I call the new me -- getting healthy..
Prior to this I was my heaviest ever (which was one of those shocks that gets you in the mood to start moving your butt)
I had daily indigestion and stomache issues -- I had to take malox / Pepcid complete throughout the day and at night just to sleep...
Not to mention I had little to no energy and was tired most of the day, wasn't happy. I was one of those people that HAD to have coffee just to make it through the day...
Now :: besides the weight loss I've expierence which I'm just thrilled with (down under 230 for the first time in God knows how long) --- (thanks in large part to family encouragement and all my MFP friends along with this sites tools) -- I have not had a single instance of needing anything for my stomache period.. malox bottle.. gone.. pepcid.. gone.. I sleep through the night very well now and I now even get up M - F at 7am to hit the gym.. I would never had been able to do this in the past..
So all this to say.. if a guy like me can change his diet and see such great results.. regardless of where it goes from here the immediate health benefits I've expierenced personally have made it well worth it..
No I don't gorge on pizza anymore but you know what.. I don't really miss it.. and if you want to have something like that every now and again.. I just look up the Cals and keep the portion size proper..
Anyway.. this is a Yea for me and hopefully an encouragement for others..
And a General Thank You to the MFP community
