Orechette w/ cherry tomatoes and kalamata Tapenade

TAPENADE
1 1/2 cups kalamata olives, pitted
3 tbs capers
2 cloves garlic
handful of parsely
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp terragon
dash ground pepper
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp oilve oil
blend all of the ingredients in food processor.
PASTA
1/2 pound orcecchette
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
prepare pasta. while pasta is boiling, saute onions and tomatoes over med heat 7 minutes. reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. drrain pasta and add to the pot of tomato and onion, toss. add tapenade and pasta water, stir to coat, heat through and serve
