    I made these with egg beaters in place of the 2 eggs and I got the laughing cow blue cheese and they where amazing!!! My son had one on a bun and he also loved it! Great idea -Thank you! I will be making these all the time!

    This is a definate recipe on my list to try.
    I guess you could use left over cooked boneless chicken.
