recipes using cottage cheese?

i was wondering if people had any dinner recipes using cottage cheese???

    My in laws use it in guacamole. I'm not a fan of the avocado so I wouldn't know if it's good!

    I use it in lasagne or any other pasta dish to replace the ricotta cheese....tastes pretty much the same without all those calories!
