I like the Cooking Light site. It has great recipes, most times with several options to compare ingredients and nutritional values. Check it out and let me know what you think! Good luck eating healthy...and I'll be watching for other replies for other healthy recipe sources!0

I'm making tuna tonight...I want to plug in all the ingredients and have the site kick back, the caloric content, fiber, carb, protein, etc.0 -

I used it to enter all of the ingredients in one of my family's favorite treats - oatmeal blueberry bars...
Turns out they are about 247 calories a piece! :sick:
