Are there any sites where I can build a recipe and get the nutritional value?

I like the Cooking Light site. It has great recipes, most times with several options to compare ingredients and nutritional values. Check it out and let me know what you think! Good luck eating healthy...and I'll be watching for other replies for other healthy recipe sources!

Thanks guys. I was wondering if there was a site where I could put my own recipes and get the values.

I'm making tuna tonight...I want to plug in all the ingredients and have the site kick back, the caloric content, fiber, carb, protein, etc.

I think this is what you are looking for??

    http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp

I used it to enter all of the ingredients in one of my family's favorite treats - oatmeal blueberry bars...

Turns out they are about 247 calories a piece!

Trying to figure out a way to make it a little less calorie dense!
