Food flavored food?/Carbs are the devil!

First I like to ask opinions on what to eat that actually tastes like food and not gruel....I want food flavored food plz! I'm trying to make adjustments, but am finding it difficult. So far I've discovered that I love cottage cheese, oatmeal without anything in it but splenda is tolerable as is coffee w/skim milk....and I HATE going to restaurants or even the kitchen and feeling like I can't have any of it b/c its either too high in calories, too high in fat, or too high in carbs...speaking of which CARBS ARE THE DEVIL!!!!! All the things with the lowest calorie and fat content seem to have a billion carbs....is this always bad? Is is avoidable? Suggestions plz....

    Eat fresher foods.
    Chicken tastes like chicken, beef - beef, etc.

    You sound like you are trying to avoid: High carb, high fat, high cal. Which essentially leaves you with nothing. End day totals are far more important than meal specific levels.
