Hello everyone! I am new to this. I am 25 years old, from Chicagocurrently 193 pounds and trying to get to my goal weight of 140 pounds, which was my weight before having my daughter 5 years ago. In high school I started out at 200+ pounds. I hativatiod always been overweight as a child. I started eating healthier and working out when I was 17 years old and the weight fell off so fast. I am doing the same things now that I did before, working out everyday, but I am not losing any weight. I am hoping that from being here, I an get the motivation and support I need to reach my goal! I would like to do this with others so please let me know if you are interested!
