Ideas for high calorie food to fill my day...

that are low in sugar and sodium? I'm struggling reaching the number of calories I need and still being under in both Sugars and Sodium. Help me please!? TIA

    natural almonds,
    cheese,
    milk (can be kind of high in sugar),
    avocado (don't think nachos,maybe add it to your salad?)

    peanuts / peanut butter

    peanuts lower in sodium than peanut butter

    high in fat and calories but the 'good' kind! eat up :)

    Hi how about possibly a good protein shake(I use unsweetened almond milk), a handful of unsalted almonds, greek yogurt, grilled lean chicken or fish, whole wheat pastas, bananas, low sodium peanut butter. Good luck to you:)

    Ok...so I ate some instant oatmeal for breakfast which literally took up half of my sugar. They are flavored packets that I am eating the rest of before going to the plain so I can add my own "sweeteners". Then for lunch(at work there are few options) I had some whole grain toaster waffles with sugar free syrup and had 2 Tblsp of peanut butter on them for a jolt of protein and calories. I'm left with 11 sugars, 1200mg sodium and 43 fats but I have at least 1000 calories to make up!
