Hi how about possibly a good protein shake(I use unsweetened almond milk), a handful of unsalted almonds, greek yogurt, grilled lean chicken or fish, whole wheat pastas, bananas, low sodium peanut butter. Good luck to you:)0

Ok...so I ate some instant oatmeal for breakfast which literally took up half of my sugar. They are flavored packets that I am eating the rest of before going to the plain so I can add my own "sweeteners". Then for lunch(at work there are few options) I had some whole grain toaster waffles with sugar free syrup and had 2 Tblsp of peanut butter on them for a jolt of protein and calories. I'm left with 11 sugars, 1200mg sodium and 43 fats but I have at least 1000 calories to make up!0
