breaking a hol bab habit! SOS

145Karen So here it is 3:00 and I am finally home. and what do I want to do? EAT! am I hungry hmmm not really this is a bad habit I have had for ever and what is stopping me from getting to my goal weight. any one of my MFP buddies out there HELP SOS .

    Sounds like a routine issue. I have had to change a few in my time to avoid similar things. Mine was passing by workers desks who had candy and snatching a handful here and there. I now take an alternate route and it seems to work.

    I would recommend maybe on your way home right before 3 eat that apple or other healthy snack you have on you (That is if you remembered to grab it earlier ;o). You could also power down some water. Maybe getting home with a full feeling would help resist the crave.

    The other option would be doing something you really love like a hobby or whatever. Set yourself up on a timeline so when you get home you are obligated to do said activity to keep your mind busy.

    Thanks Chrisyoung 042 all suggestions help and I am going to change . heading to the fridge for a bottle of water now then a couple chapters in my book . whew I am gonna dodge this bullet today if it kills me lol
