did a table salt flush? I have no sea salt in my house.

Do you have to drink it warm? What happens if you only do 500ml?

    A sea salt flush is meant to cleanse as it basically makes you poop everything out, while you are on a detox...

    I started reading up on it,and it is not reccomemed to use normal table salt. You need an uniodonized salt. I dont think I container of sea salt would be too expensive if your really serious about doing the flush,I would recommended it.
