I was out because of an injury for the past...I don't know....7 weeks? I stopped keeping track. My thigh/hip still hurts a bit but I'm going to try the recumbent bike and some weights tonight after work.
I'm just not too enthused as I use to be, but I want to get back the energy and fitness level I had going.

Good luck. I know you can do this:flowerforyou:0 -
I can relate to "coming back" after an injury.
I´ve been out of comission for several years now because of a bad knee, and several doctors mistakes.
Just recently I had a surgery to fix one of those mistakes, and I feel much better for it. (19 pounds gone, and 38 to go)
My advice to you for motivation is:
If at all possible find a buddy to train with, or, alternately, hire a private trainer if you can afford one.Company is always a big morale boost
