Is there such thing as burning too many calories? Could someone look at my diary and tell me if I am? And am I taking in enough calories to be burning that many? I am 5'3" ,129 pounds, 23 years old and of course I am female. My goal is to be 105-110 pounds.
Thanks in advance!

Reviewed - ok, so I´m not that worried about my excessive burning now0

I don't think you can burn too much - as long as you're eating back those calories so your body is nourished.0

it can be 'too much' if you're not eating them back....but my daily calorie burn is generally pretty high(e.g today was 1300ish) and i've barely eaten any back, which i know is bad but i'm not overly hungry and end up cramming, but i'm so active in the day that i can't help burning that many
if you can eat most back then you're fine, if not then long term you're risking your body deciding to store fat0 -
IS your calorie burn from an HRM or MFP? MFP can be generous while others find it accurate cause everyone burn different amount. I know some people on here burn over 1000 calories a day. Be sure to eat all or most back. Make sure you net at least 1200 at the end of the day. By keeping it lower than 1200 you can cause your body to go into starvation mode and your metabolism to slow down.0

When you're working out that much, you really need to be getting as close to 1200 calories NET as possible. Eat most, if not ALL of your exercise calories. That way you're getting enough to eat, which in turn facilitates weight loss.0

HRM. According to MFP I would be burning way less calories. Is it bad to leave about 700 calories a day when I'm not hungry? That's a lot of food to eat when I'm not hungry! lolIS your calorie burn from an HRM or MFP? MFP can be generous while others find it accurate cause everyone burn different amount.
