Talapia and shrimp

I eat Mahi Mahi and Shrimp daily
To keep it light I pan fry both at the same time in Olive Oil with garlic salt and St. Paula Chicken and Seafood Seasoning. I use about a tbs of olive oil and fry the fish golden brown on both sides. The shrimp is precooked and butterfly sliced so they curl up in the pan.
I like this so much and it is so good for you that I eat it as often as my wallet can stand.

Tilapia, I just dry pan fry with salt and pepper. Yumm.
For shrimp I make a stir fry over rice noodles. Shrimp, garlic, ginger, soy sauce. I just buy the frozen stir fry veggies. Throw it all together and pour over rice noodles. Yumm.0
