If I exercise a lot or even get a good workout in for at least 40 minutes I find that I'm hungry more often than if I don't exercise. I feel ravenous...I'll eat a snack (apple and some water, orange and water, 80 cal cereal bar and some water...etc.) or like now I just had a bagel thin with peanut butter and a drizzle of honey and I felt good and 5 minutes later my stomach is growling. It's making me crazy! lol

Is it normal to be constantly hungry after you work out then compared to when you have a rest day?

Also, I'm finding that I'm breaking out in places I sweat. Mainly, on my chest where the sweat streams down. Anyone else having break out issues?

Yes - it's normal to be hungry if you increase activity.

Yes - it's normal to have more acne as you begin eating healthier and/or exercising more. Your body is becoming happier, and pushing out icky toxins. These toxins sometimes escape by way of skin, leaving you to deal with increased acne for a few weeks (sometimes more or less).

totally noticed this too! also (sorry if this is overshare) along the back waistband of my panties - i didn't even know that was possible! i figure it's the sweat plus a certain amount of friction ... so now as soon as i get home all gym clothes come off immediately even if i can't get into the shower for a couple hours.

If you work out harder and longer your appetite will reduce.
