I kind of stopped using FB when I started here. This place motivates me to focus on me. FB seems to be for people that need a following which works for some people...I'm not one of them.

I don't post my mfp stuff to facebook... I prefer to keep them separate...

facebook is great, but really a way to keep in touch with your friends that you actually know personally.

I dont post my losses on facebook - most of my friends are fit and athletic and actually do more than me and would see no real achievement in what I do. It is not a place where people to for motivation and support - where as this site is.

I imagine that they started congratulating you at first to encourage you, but then it's died off as they dont realise the importance of you getting that back - like friends do here.

Dont feel discouraged about facebook, its just a different type of social network that doesnt quite match what this one is about xx

Keep doing it! I know I will. I'm proud of what I'm doing & you should be too. Who cares if no one comments?!?! Bet they comment when you hit goal! LMAO!!!

I'm not a big FB fan.. not as much as some others anyway. I don't usually post anything fitness related with the exception of my FitBit stats. They post automatically every night. I like it because it motivates me to do better every day.
