p90x Workouts - Calories Burned

Right now, I don't own a heart monitor that calculates calories for me.
How would I calculate the calories I burned during one of my p90x workouts? It's not listed in the database and I would like to log it in my Exercise Diary.
Thanks for any feedback.

It's kind of impossible. It depends on how hard you work, how many times you stop, what workout you are doing... etc etc.0

I would suggest buying a HRM then. i know its not in the database, so i log my work outs under cardio as p90x and enter the calorie burned there. i know that p90x has their own HRM not sure how good it is or how much it cost, but I would get one for sure.0

I agree that nothing beats a HR monitor but online I learned that we burn about 10 calories per minute of intense workout. So for now I am guesstimating but it works for me...0
