No sugar

I am on day 3 of no sugar after 2pm. I have yogurt for breakfast and am letting myself eat fruit in the morning, but none after 2. I am such a sugar junkie that I keep falling and eating tons of dessert when I allow myself a little, so I figure I won't eat sugar unless it is in fruit (or yogurt). It's tough. I see a lot of recipe posts with low cal dessert and I am tempted but just want to stay away all together. I may make it this way. Anyone else doing this or just decided to give up sugar?

eating dark 73% cocoa chocolate maybe twice a week, just 2 small squares. the brand is: trader joes organic and is sweetened with organic cane sugar and contains organic cocoa butter as well. it is less than 100 calories and it helps when quitting "sugar" to have a little something to look forward to. i have quit eating the granolas and am using dried fruit to sweeten regular oatmeal. i really don't eat after 7pm but since i don't start my food intake until around 10am, i would not deny myself a piece of fruit whenever i want it, between those hours.

    good luck:)
