I usually eat dinner, then wait an hour or so (log my food for the day), and then exercise. I have a step machine which tells me how many calories I burn based on height, weight, speed, etc. I usually on go 'til I burn off enough calories to be at my calorie goal. Or I'll do a combination of exercises, which I ultimately do until I burn off all the extra (red) calories.
Is this healthy, (un)safe, (un)productive, or perfectly fine??
