Alright - I was diagnosed with PCOS about 2.5 months ago. Since then I have been determined to get serious, get healthy, and stay healthy. I have been living by the 80/20 rule. I eat healthy 80% of the time and eat a little unhealthy 20% of the time. I have lost 15 pounds - which is SO exciting, but I am starting to want to eat nothing but junk all the time. It feels like my 20% could very quickly turn to 30....40....50....and so on....What do you guys do to keep yourself on track?

This website has helped me a lot. Its great to have the app on my phone, so I can plug in what I eat immediately and see how I'm doing. Its been rather eye opening, to be honest.
I wouldn't worry so much about exact percentages though. Make it a goal to eat healthy all the time, while knowing that a misstep every now and then is no big deal. Otherwise, you'll feel totally deprived and will fall off "the wagon."0
