So, I'd like to hear what other Whey products people are using. I use body fortress super advance whey protein powder - mix it in with Fage Greek Yogurt and throw in some frozen blueberries or a banana. Taste just like chocolate pudding..... But, I don't know if it's one of the better products or not. Would like something with not too much sugar. Please Weigh in with your Whey suggestion.

I've recently taking a liking to Optimum Nutrition Natural Whey. Its sweetened with stevia. They also have a non-natural one sweetened with ace-k. The natural one costs a bit more but tastes better.

I think when choosing a whey it comes down to what kind of sweetener you are willing to eat, flavor, and cost. All other things being equal, I would always pick the cheaper one.

I use the Body Fortress as well, its the best one I have found in regards to protein, fat, sugar and carbs per serving, and doesn't taste too horrible... :)

I like the vanilla flavored EAS 100% Whey Protein powder from Sams Club. I mix it with milk or water and add a banana and a few cubes of ice. 1 serving of EAS without the banana has 130 cal, 1 gram sugar, 3 grams carbs. and 23 grams of protein.

I really like the Isopure Carb Perfect from Vitamin Shoppe but it's a little pricey. I still have some of the chocolate. I bought some vanilla whey protein "From the makers of muscle milk" at Costco....HUGE bag, like 5 or 6 lbs for under $30. I have perfected my absolute favorite "workout" day smoothie:

~ 6-8 oz of orange, pineapple, banana juice (Dole or Market Pantry) --- you can cut those juice calories in half if you use 4 oz juice & 4 oz water ((I prefer the "tropical" type orange juices over plain OJ because it has a more "exotic" flavor)
~ 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
~ 1/4 cup Greek Gods traditional honey flavored greek yogurt (or vanilla Chobani)
~ about 1/2 cup of frozen fruit (lasts longer & is MUCH cheaper in the long run) **my fave right now is the Wawona "festival" blend from Costco -- it's a mix of pineapple, mango, papaya & strawberries
    ~ ice as needed

    Blend & enjoy ;-)
