Hi. I'm a mama of two. I have gained and lost 85 pounds (due to pregnancy) over the past three years. I am down to 125. I'm a cute size six. But I STILL have muffin-itis! How to get rid of that BELLY???

Unfortunately, it doesn't always go away. Because the skin stretches so rapidly it can't always shrink back, whether you get stretch marks or not. Make sure you do exercises that work your transverse abdominals. They're the deepest layer of muscles, responsible for holding in all your organs. If they're tight your tummy will be flatter.0
